It focuses on modern industrial aesthetic concept whereby a sleek, functional exterior featuring a combination of metal cladding, precast concrete, and high-performance glazing to balance durability with contemporary appeal.

IMU, Bukit Jalil

This is a completed project for admission office in IMU, Bukit Jalil. The project is roughly quoted as RM150,000 comes with all new finishing and reuse of existing table and chairs. Client has requested for a new vibrant look for a university office.

EMA Office at Laborador Tower, Singapore

We envisioned a space re-attributed to activities that enable individuals to be more effective rather than a one-size-fits-all open office solution. To facilitate mobility and flexibility in the workplace, it is essential to create a fluidic design. The team intended to spatially plan the facility to assist EMA in adapting to a hybrid workspace through a pleasant and flexible design layout. The company values and work culture are reflected in every facet of the EMA workplace. The reception area's architecture consists of a circular column that thoughtfully mimics a huge tree trunk lying down, amplifying the backbone and core ethos of EMA’s "illuminating of your life." The ceiling above the cut-out depicts EMA's global reach. Further, the core design is inspired by the meandering streets of an urban scape which opens up a creative kitchen space that focuses on the brand's idea of "Good food, good life." Moving to the work space, adopting activity-based working (ABW), dividing the workplace into distinct zones for learning, socialising, collaborating, and working. The setup empowers employees to choose where they work and how they work best. In addition, the office workspace design inculcates a feeling of appreciation for the local culture. Some design elements are inspired by local art and craft from in and around local are incorporated into the office design. 

Wilkinson Office, Singapore


POPMART Office, KL


Creador Foundation

It is a 1450 sqft home office concept for a lawyer firm that situated in Medan Damansara. Reflective and glossy elements such as grey mirror is greatly used to enlarge the open spaces as well as serving as a temporary yoga space for the users. Since the office is expanding to merge two lots together, the design has resembled most of the existing contemporary classical next-door design. The use of marble and solid timber herringbone flooring has also added a sense of luxurious aesthetic.

M1, Singapore

M1 is one of Singapore’s leading telecommunications providers, offering mobile, broadband and enterprise solutions. The design has approached around its bold and dynamic orange corporate branding, symbolizing energy, innovation, and connectivity. The design reflects M1’s identity as a modern, technology-driven company, integrating sleek, futuristic elements with vibrant orange accents to reinforce brand recognition and customer engagement.

Turiya Office

This is the on-going project located at Damansara. A 3000 sqft contemporary office is designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and corporate identity. The space integrates open-plan work environments, smart technology, and biophilic elements to create a dynamic and inspiring workplace

Tomcare, Puchong

Tomcare is a company that manufactures and supplies OEM parts and components to renowned car marques in the region by providing extensive range of car products that includes fabrication in automotive services. Since the location of the main office is expanded into two lots by means both of them is situated inside a factory, client desired to pursue the concept of contemporary industrial style that comes in a blend of the minimalist appeal of modern design and the rugged, factory-inspired industrial aesthetics which then converting an abandoned building into urban living space. The stripped-back architecture, weathered looking surfaces, raw elements and exposed bricks are remained in this project. By adding the contemporary features such as emphasizing the use of rich distressed wood and marble elements provide a great contrast to the cool metallic rustic features.

Nicol David Organization

Nicol David Organization is a children english learning center that is led by Datuk Nicol David. The navy blue and orange is boldly used in the design, enhancing the client’s logo color as well as creating an ambient, exciting space for the kids.
